At the same time, it has a good protective effect on extruder screw, barrel and die head.

 Efficacy and characteristics:

 Application and precautions:

√ Polymer processing masterbatch can be used for high-grade PE packaging film, cast film, PPR tube, sheet, cable, and chemical fiber production;

√ If PPA masterbatch has not been used before, at the beginning of production, the production is about 1 hour with 3% masterbatch addition, the purpose is to make the PPA additive in the masterbatch form a lubricating coating in the shortest time, and play an effective role;

√ After the melt of the product is broken and the "shark skin" is eliminated, the surface quality is qualified and the production is stable, the masterbatch can be produced continuously according to the normal addition ratio of 0.5~1%, the specific addition amount shall be determined according to the equipment condition and production requirements;

√ If PPA masterbatch has been used before, add production at the normal proportion of 0.5~1%, the specific amount should be determined according to the equipment condition and production requirements.
