 Application characteristics

Nucleating agent T43 is an aromatic carboxylic acid soap type polypropylene ɑ A universal variety of crystalline nucleating agents that can accelerate the crystallization rate of polypropylene (PP) resin, endow products with good surface gloss and rigid toughness balance, improve the heat resistance and deformation of products, and moderately shorten the molding cycle. T43 has good compatibility with resin, is resistant to extraction, and has no odor. It is particularly suitable for PP home appliance shells, battery shells, PP-R pipes and other products. Meanwhile, T43 also exhibits good nucleation effects on engineering plastics such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and polyamide (PA).
 

 Usage

The recommended dosage for T43 is 500-1500ppm. In actual use, it is recommended to determine the specific dosage based on the application indicators of the product.

 Application instruction

The amount of addition required to fully meet product requirements depends on the indicator requirements, the plastic material and the use environment. For generalPP, PE and other materials, the conventional recommended addition amount is 0.5-1.0%, can be applied to PP, PE,PVC, etc. ABS,TPU,TPE,PC,PC/ABS, PA and other products.  Storage and Packaging:

Carton lined with film bags for packaging, with a net weight of 10 kilograms per box. It is advisable to store in a dark, low temperature, dry, and sealed condition.
