ADDYNCA Nucleating Agent T20

ADDYNCA Nucleating Agent T20 is a kind of high-efficiency crystallization nucleating agent for polyolefin Basic characteristics products such as PE and PP. It can increase the peak crystallization temperature of the resin and accelerate the curing speed of the resin; it has excellent high impact resistance to meet a variety of demanding application requirements.

Production of PP thin-walled or large-sized injection molded products, such as disposable lunch boxes, auto parts, home appliance shells, appliances, tube forming and packaging caps, etc.

It is recommended to add 0.04%-0.06% of T20 to obtain the best performance, and the specific addition amount should be added according to actual needs.

T20 can be prepared as a high-concentration masterbatch and added, it is recommended to use twin-screw extruder or single-screw granulation with high-strength mixing ability
