ADDYNCA Nucleating Agent T11

ADDYNCA Nucleating agent T11 is a second-generation aryl phosphate salt based stiffening and transparency enhancing nucleating agent. Suitable for various types of polypropylene modified products. Compared with DBS type second-generation nucleating transparent agents, it has the characteristics of no formaldehyde odor, no precipitation, and no discoloration. However, its transparency enhancement effect is slightly worse than DBS type nucleating transparent agents, and its outstanding advantage is that it greatly improves rigidity.

Nucleating agent T11 is mostly used as a stiffening agent in homopolymer polypropylene and random copolymer polypropylene, such as in the production of high crystallinity, high rigidity, and heat resistant modified polypropylene products, such as car bumpers, interior panels, instrument panels, small home appliance shells, and other polypropylene products.

 Processing Guide :

T11 suggests adding 0.2% to 0.3%. When using, please first mix with a mixer (1000 rpm) for at least 10 minutes to fully disperse the material.
